With only a few hours left, I'm giving you a cryptic clue to the final stretch goal. I'll have it posted within an hour or so, but let's see who can guess from one word:

over 6 years ago – Tue, Dec 19, 2017 at 07:06:10 PM

I'm running some numbers on EU shipping.

Please message me on KS if you are from the EU. I have some questions for you about options and preferences that might impact shipping.

It will be morning in the US when it is about noon your time.

Many thanks,

Forrest

Update Roundup
over 6 years ago – Tue, Dec 19, 2017 at 09:00:21 AM

Well, we're well into the 48-hour countdown now!

Here's a roundup of news:

1.  I'm in communication with my UK distributor trying to find a way to get merchandise to the other side of the pond with lower rates. Water's a good thing, but not when it's in the way! For my EU and UK backers, I should have some news by about 2pm your time tomorrow.

2.  I've posted a new stretch goal. This is a set of cards I've wanted to do for a long time. They are straight up poker cards, but they feature artwork of mine. I'd love to make this an ongoing project, designing poker decks with different Wild West themes. I also have my eye on other artists who I could collaborate with through future kickstarters.

This deck would primarily be used for the initiative draw deck, but it is a poker deck, so you can use it for other games as well.

Those of you with a bit of historical knowledge will note that I'm not eliminating the corner numbering even though period decks did not have them. We used to sell 1864 playing cards, and found it absolutely impossible to play a game using them; it caused all manner of errors and delays since most people are not trained to identify un-numbered cards at a glance as our forefathers were.

3.  We've unlocked La Pistola; thanks for that, everyone! She's a beauty.

4.  We've still got two Judge's Level slots left, so if you have an idea for a custom sculpted figure, you might still want to consider it!

5. We're working with Backerkit.com to set up the pledge manager. When the clock ticks down to zero, you will be directed to them through Kickstarter to do your end-of-the-campaign tallies. You can select your add-ons using the money you've set aside in your pledge, and you will be able to add more items using their e-commerce system. It will all be seamless and very simple to use. It's all point-and-click.

That's this morning's news. I'm thrilled with the progress of the Kicktarter! When I set this up, I wanted it to be a party, and I think it has been. Thanks everybody, and let's see what the day brings!

Before I get up in the morning, I have the distinct suspicion that we will be far past $32,500, so I thought I'd better show you what you have to look forward to next!

Adios,
